Project Spotlight: Albion Evanston

Bonus Electric recently completed the Albion Evanston Residential Tower
design-build project in Evanston, IL with general contractor Clark
Construction, architect Hartshorne Plunkard Ltd., and developer
Albion Residential. This 15 story, 268 Unit, luxury apartment community is
located in the center of historic downtown Evanston, just blocks away from the train station! While Evanston is widely known for its architectural heritage, this ultra-modern high rise has some of the best features and arguably one of the best skyline views in Chicagoland looking over Lake Michigan!

Some key features of this building include a hotel-style
interactive lobby, concierge-level services, outdoor chef’s kitchen,
and rooftop lounge and terrace. There is also retail space, 4 levels of
enclosed parking, and luxurious amenity space including a rooftop resort-style pool.

All Bonus Electric team members that were part of this project raised the bar again. From pre-construction to closeout, we are very proud to have been part of this project.
