Project Spotlight: Lake & Ada

180 N. Ada is a residential development is in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood. It is an L-shaped configuration that is comprised of a 13-story tower facing Lake Street and an 8-story tower along Ada Street that includes a total of 263 units.

Bonus would like to commend all our field and office workers that were a part of this project from initial ground break to the Summer 2019 completion. We would also like to commend Marquette Companies, Power Construction, Brininstool + Lynch Architects, Cosentini Associates, as well as our vendors and subcontractors that have helped us get this successful project to completion. We are thrilled to be able to leave Bonus Electric’s stamp on this wonderful Chicago addition.
