Project Spotlight: The Sheridan at Oak Brook
The Sheridan at Oak Brook is a residential, senior deluxe assisted living community located in Oak Brook, IL. It is a 5-story building with a total of 200 Units consisting of one-bedroom & two-bedroom units. Some of the features include an Indoor Parking Garage, 1st Floor Amenities with Fitness, Theatre, Salon, Game Room, Cafe, Bar, Full Dining, Kitchen and Party Room.
Bonus would like to commend all our field and office workers that have been a part of this project since ground break in the Fall of 2019. We would also like to commend Senior Lifestyle Corporation, Kaufman Jacobs, The Walsh Group, Lamar Johnson Collaborative, as well as our vendors and subcontractors that have helped us get this successful project to this point.
