Avidor – Evanston, is a residential, restricted age, active adult community at Church and Oak Streets in Evanston. It is a 17-Story Building with a total of 169 Units consisting of one and two-bedrooms. 1st and 17th floor Amenities. 2nd and 3rd floor parking garage.

Bonus would like to commend all our field and office workers that have been a part of this project since ground break in the Fall of 2018. We would also like to commend Trammell Crow Company, Power Construction Company, Elness Swenson Graham Architects, as well as our vendors and subcontractors that have helped us get this successful project to this point. We look forward to seeing this dedication and quality work by all team members lead us to a finalized great addition to the Evanston community.
